Train hard - no coincidence that it was my first training advice. When you focus on physical training to invest maximum effort in practice. This does not mean that you have to "lick the sweat off the floor," or to coach you should thrash to compel you to do more, it means that you need to get away from himself the maximum allow your muscles.
