Today is the first day of November, and you know what that means?! It is day of of our "30 Days of Fitness"! Each day this month we will be posting a video of an exercise that we do with our clients. Try them at home and let us know how they go! Today's exercise is the Incline Push Up. This is a great exercise to work on upper body strength with clients that may lack the strength to do a traditional push up. Instructions 1) Using an object to create an incline with your body, support your body on your toes, legs and arms straight. 2) Lower your chest, elbows bent. 3) Push up to a straight arm, returning to starting position. 4) Repeat
