Specialty Athletic Training will support individuals in all five areas of Life Skills:

    1. ​Practicing appropriate communication in social interactions
    2. Developing skills to express oneself clearly and confidently
    3. Strengthen abilities to have safe and appropriate interactions in the community

    1. ​Building resilience through mindfulness, relaxtion techniques, and problem-solving
    2. Practicing emotional regulation and finding constructive outlets for difficult emotions
    3. Learning to identify stressors and develop healthy ways to manage them
